On a beautiful fall day on November 16, LYTA hosted a Parent-Child Tournament at the St. Andrews tennis courts. Four green dot teams and fifteen yellow ball teams participated. One team even drove down from Florence to join the fun. Snacks, goodie bags, and hot apple cider were provided. A good time was had by all.

Students, parents and staff from Dunston Elementary attended the Credit One Charleston Open (COCO) during Family Weekend on March 29, 2025. Everyone received free tickets to the event as well as lunch in one of the VIP suites.
