LYTA 
The Charleston Tennis Center was renamed “The City of Charleston Peggy Bohne Tennis Center” on Sunday, October 12th. The LYTA celebrated with many other area tennis enthusiasts as Peggy received this wonderful honor. Her love of the game, especially when it comes to youth, was the impetus for the creation of the Elementary & Middle School Tennis League.
We’re thrilled to share that the Lowcountry Youth Tennis Association’s Teacher Appreciation Doubles Tournament was a smashing success! Students, parents and staff from Dunston Elementary attended the Credit One Charleston Open (COCO) during Family Weekend on March 29, 2025. Everyone received free tickets to the event as well as lunch in one of the VIP suites.
